This policy describes cancellation and refund rules for bookings made on Rayy. Since Rayy is a marketplace, the activity is delivered by the partner; however, Rayy will support users in cancellations/refunds based on this policy and partner terms.
Unless a specific activity states otherwise, the following applies:
More than 24 hours before start time
Full refund
24 hours to 6 hours before start time
50% refund
Less than 6 hours before start time
No refund
No-show
No refund
Partners/activities may define stricter terms; those will override where clearly shown at booking time.
If the partner cancels:
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method, depending on bank/gateway timelines.
If your payment gateway charges non-refundable fees, those may be deducted where applicable (only if legally/contractually required and disclosed).
If an activity is interrupted or not delivered as promised, please contact support within 24 hours of the session end time. Rayy will investigate with the partner and facilitate resolution (partial/full refund or credit) depending on facts.
