Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Rayy's Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

• "Platform": Rayy website/app and related services
• "User": parent/guardian or any person using the Platform
• "Partner": third-party provider listing activities (academies, tutors, organizers)
• "Booking": reservation for an activity made via Platform

Rayy is a marketplace/intermediary. Partners are responsible for delivering activities. Rayy does not guarantee outcomes of any activity and is not liable for partner performance beyond Platform obligations (refund facilitation per policy, support, etc.).

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. If using on behalf of a child, you confirm you are the parent/guardian or authorized to consent.

You agree to provide accurate details and keep your account secure. You will not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, or violate laws.

Partners control activity details, pricing, capacity, and schedules. Information may change; Rayy will attempt to keep it updated but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy at all times.

Payments may be processed through third-party gateways. You agree to the gateway's terms and acknowledge that transaction failures may occur due to external reasons.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refunds & Cancellations Policy, and may vary by partner/activity. By booking, you accept the applicable policy.

You may communicate with partners for coordination. Any conduct, safety practices, and on-ground delivery remain partner responsibility. You should exercise judgment and supervision appropriate for your child.

All Platform content, branding, and design are owned by or licensed to Rayy. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without written permission.

You may post honest reviews. Rayy may remove content that is abusive, misleading, illegal, or violates policies.

Including but not limited to: fraud, harassment, spamming, scraping, unlawful use, IP violations, and interference with Platform functionality.

Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Rayy disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Rayy's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the booking giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000 (whichever is lower), except where prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify Rayy against claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Rayy may suspend/terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have jurisdiction. Rayy may also opt for arbitration as per applicable law.
