Yes. Every city, category, venue and experience can be explored on this website with no app or account. You only need the app to check live availability and book.

Prices on the website are indicative. The final price, live availability and booking terms are confirmed in the app before you pay.

Choose your city, then filter by locality, category, price or age. You can also search for a venue, an activity or a locality from the search bar.

RAYY is on the App Store and Google Play. On a computer, scan the QR code on our download page with your phone.

The app shows live availability and confirms your booking instantly, so you never book a slot that's already gone. The website is for exploring and comparing.

If the app opens on its home screen, search for the venue or experience by name. It takes a few seconds.

Find what you want on the website or in the app, then tap Book on RAYY. Pick your slot in the app and confirm. You'll see the booking confirmed in the app.

Group booking options are shown in the app where a venue supports them.

Open the offer on the website and tap Claim offer to go to RAYY. Each offer page lists where it applies and its full terms.

Offers may be limited by city, category, dates or eligibility. Check the offer's terms page. If it still doesn't show, contact support.

Unless an activity states otherwise: cancel more than 24 hours before the start for a full refund, 24 to 6 hours before for a 50% refund, and less than 6 hours before (or no-show) gets no refund. Some partners set stricter terms, shown at booking. See the Refunds & Cancellations policy.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. To request one, email support@rayy.io with your booking ID. See the Refunds & Cancellations policy.

Venue details such as hours, amenities and policies are provided by the venue. If something looks wrong, tell us through Support.

Accessibility details appear on the venue page when the venue has provided them. If a detail you need is missing, contact support before booking.

We use your information to run bookings, support and service updates, and share only what a partner needs to deliver your booking. We do not sell your personal data. See the Privacy Policy.
